February 12 was the first day of the 5-day visa-free regime for citizens from over 80 countries. 93 people have arrived in Belarus without a visa as of 9 a.m on February 13. The number includes 16 people from Germany, 14 - from Poland, 15 - from the UK, 8 - from the Czech Republic, State Border Control Committee spokesman Anton Bychkouski told Euroradio.
According to ONT TV channel, the first foreigner to take use of the visa-free regime was a Finish man who arrived on a flight from Slovakia.
Officials said a database will be set up to collect the identities of those who violated the 5-day visa-free regime.
