The students of the BSU faculty of journalism have shared the things their professors say about Nobel Prize laureate Svetlana Alexievich with the website baj.by. It is well known that Aleksievich started her career as a Belarusian journalist.
"It is unbearable to keep listening to our professor’s tales about ‘kayak-paddling with Aleksievich in the 80s’, about the writer deserving ‘the ig Nobel Prize instead’ and ‘telling lies in her texts because she gathered information usng other means,” fourth-year student Kseniya told to the Belarusian Association of Journalists website.
