The deputy head of the official Union of Poles in Belarus Mechyslau Lysy has not been allowed to enter Poland yesterday (April 6) and his visa has been annulled.
According to the website of "Charter-97", Polish frontier guards detained Lysy at "Babrouniki" check-point. According to him, the consultation took half an hour and then his Polish visa was annulled.
Mr. Lysy says that he went to Poland two weeks ago and had no problems at the border then.
By the way, other activists of the official Union of Poles have also encountered problems trying to get to Poland.
