Anatoly Lebedko, the chairman of the United Civil Party, was beaten to blood. On October, 19 UCP chairman appealed to the Prosecutor General Grigory Vasilevich and demanded to organize an investigation of the facts of unlawful actions of the policemen and bring them to responsibility.
