Anatol Lyabedzka has been elected leader of the United Civil Party as a result of a secret vote during the party congress taking place in Minsk.
89 delegates of the party congress have supported his candidature and only 17 people voted contra. Three ballot-papers have been nullified.
Two candidates for the position of the leader of the United Civil Party have been selected at the UCP congress taking place in Minsk: Anatol Lyabedzka and Victar Harbachou. However, Harbacou has withdrawn his candidature.
