Belarus High Technologies Park is 10 years old. The first residents were registered in June 2006. There are 152 companies and 25 thousand specialists in the park now. The park creates about 3 thousand new jobs every year.
The export of software from Belarus has increased 46 times over the past 10 years and totalled almost $800 million last year, BelaPAN reports. More than 900 million people in 160 countries use mobile applications made in Belarus.
