Belarus biggest software developer and resident of the Hi-Tech Park, EPAM expects to get a revenue of at least $1,156 million for the full year 2016.

According to the company’s report for Q3, its earnings increased by 26.4% to $298.3 million, a year-over-year increase of $62.2 million. EPAM’s revenues for nine months of 2016 exceeded $840 mln, which is 29.5% more than last year.

The company expects its revenues to grow by 19% in Q4, and reach at least $1,156 million for the full year, showing a growth rate of at least 26.5% over 2015.

When asked about the company’s secrets for success, EPAM’s CEO and President Arkadiy Dobkin said: “First of all, we’re working in a very interesting and growing sector. Secondly, we’re constantly in search of opportunities for our differentiation on the market.”

In addition, he said, there is a huge demand for the companies that offer complex technology solutions, and this is exactly what EPAM offers its clients.

EPAM is the largest software developer and service provider in Central and Eastern Europe. The company was founded in 1993 by Arkady Dobkin and his schoolmate Leonid Lozner.

EPAM Systems is headquartered in Newtown (Pennsylvania, USA). It has offices in 25 countries and employs over 20 thousand people.

EPAM Systems is a resident of Belarus Hi-Tech Park. It is the only company with Belarusian roots, represented at the New York Stock Exchange. Such companies as Google, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Gazprom are among EPAM’s clients.
