Gross external debt of Belarus amounted to $13.2 billion as of September 1.
It has grown 6.4 percent by $790 million since early 2014.
Interfax Zapad reports Belarus has paid $2 billion 236 million this year. In January - August, Belarus borrowed a total of $3 billion 50 million in foreign debts from Russia and China.
