The state debt of Belarus as of 1 August 2018 amounted to BYN 42.1 billion. This is BYN 23.8 million less than in the beginning of 2018, reports the press office of Finance Ministry.
In US dollar terms, the debt now stands at $16.5 billion or $179 million less (1.1%).
In January-July 2018, Belarus received state loans in amount of $1.509,6 million. The government spent $1 592,2 million to repay the debt.
