Two casino employees in Minsk arrested on suspicion of running prostitution ring

Police officers on Tuesday arrested two employees of a Minsk-based casino on suspicion of running a prostitution ring, said the interior ministry's press office.

The press office said that the suspects were aged 27 and 28. They are suspected of supplying prostitutes to affluent clients of Shangri-La since the casino was opened in 2009.

The suspects are facing charges of using prostitution to make a profit and recruiting women for prostitution.

Police investigators and officers of the Investigative Committee and the State Forensic Examination Committee worked inside the casino on Tuesday to gather evidence.
