A bus that was transporting Belarusian tourists spending vacations at a Red Sea resort Ras Gharib has got in a road accident on the highway Zaafarana-Cairo in Egypt, reports RIA "Novosti".
The accident occurred on the evening of January 25. The tourists were heading to the Egyptian capital for an excursion. The driver lost control of the bus due to bad weather conditions and speeding. The bus drove into the ditch. There tourists have been seriously injured and are in hospital. 15 people got slight injuries and hits and refused to be taken to hospital. They continued the interrupted trip in a spare bus.
BelTA informs that the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is trying to find out all the circumstances with the help of diplomatic channels.
