Fire broke out at the oil refinery in Mozyr, but oil reservoirs were not affected by the blaze. Two workers were admitted to a hospital with burns.
Ruslan Habrylyou, the spokesman of the Homel Regional Deparment for the Emergencies Ministry, confirmed this innformation in an interview with the European Radio for Belarus.
Euroradio also learned directly from the plant that the fire broke out 20 meters above the ground and did not affect the oil storage facilities. The officer on duty at the Emergencies Ministry said the blaze was put out within 40 minutes.
