The Athletes’ Village in Rio de Janeiro is not ready to accommodate Olympic delegations. The National Olympic Committee has published an official report about it. Some members of the Belarusian team have already arrived in Rio and shared their impressions.
There is no hot water in the Belarusian team’s apartments and there are issues with water supply in general. The sewage is not functioning and the floor, windows and staircases are dirty.
The National Olympic Committee is putting Belarusian athletes’ apartments in order now. The medical group has equipped the medical assistance centre for Belarusian sportsmen. NOC managers are furnishing the headquarters.
