Syarhei Nalivaika has described two categories of freeloaders.
Citizens getting their wages in the form of black cash are also freeloaders, Minister of Taxation Syarhei Nalivaika announced on Belarus-1.
On the one hand, asocial unemployed people are freeloaders. On the other hand, those who get paid for doing illegal business and get their wages in the form of black cash are freeloaders too as they do not pay taxes, the Minister claimed.
"These two categories of citizens are freeloaders,” interfax.by quotes Nalivaika.
The Belarusian authorities are preparing a law on freeloaders now. According to the Minister, ‘citizens can always declare that they have a source of income in the tax inspectorate’.
The tax inspectorate’s mistakes can be challenged in court, Nalivaika said.
