Nyaklyayeu finally agreed to let him leave the position of his deputy on January 10, Fyaduta said. "Please, do not misinterpret it: I could not stay in the position because of my professional duties and enhanced work on my dissertation. My health condition is not ideal either," Fyaduta noted.
