Political prisoner Pavel Sevyarynets has met with the parent in Vitebsk during his short vacation.
The fact that Pavel Sevyarynets, Co-Chairman of Belarusian Christian Democracy, received a three-day vacation became known on July 28.
"I have met with the parents. You know, one day to get in Vitebsk, one day to get back, one day - in Vitebsk. I’m writing during the rest," Sevyarynets told Salidarnast’. "Now the vacation is ending. Excuse me, I’m very tired. Summarizing, I can say: I’m very exhausted. That’s all.
It was the first home visit of the politician for the last seven months.
On May 16 Pavel Sevyarynets, was sentenced to three years of imprisonment under the Part 1, Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of activities that breach public order or active participation in them). On July 26 Sevyarynets was officially refused in amnesty.
