The court has returned Parfyankou guilty of violating the preventive supervision regime, reports Radio Liberty. The political prisoner was not arrested in the court room.
If Parfyankou does not manage to appeal the court’s decision, it will come into power in 10 days.
Let us remind you that Vasil Parfyankou was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment because of Dec.19 case. He was released with a group of other political prisoners in August 2011. He was put under "preventive supervision" at the beginning of 2012 when he was arrested for taking part in an action of solidarity. The fact that a criminal case had been started against him became known in April.
