A delegation of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly is expected to visit Minsk on Monday, December 21. The delegation will be led by Cecilia Wigstrom of Sweden, a member of the OSCE PA’s Working Group on Belarus, Anatol Lyabedzka, leader of the United Civic Party, told BelaPAN.
The delegation will meet with representatives of political parties and non-governmental organizations, and have meetings at the National Assembly and the foreign ministry, according to Mr. Lyabedzka.
