Minsk City judicial tribunal has cancelled the sentence of Pervomaisky district court against an entrepreneur Andrei Bondarenko. His case has been sent to Pervomaisky District Court of Minsk and it may be reviewed in January.
Minsk City judicial tribunal found that not all materials of the criminal case have been considered and the Pervomaisky district court hasn’t taken into account all aspects of the case.
It should be reminded that activist of the United Civil Party (UCP) Andrei Bondarenko, who ran for the Parliament last year, was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment and confiscation of property for having stolen 20 million rubles from his own company.
UCP Considers Andrei Bondarenko’s prosecution as politically motivated and demands his release.
