Yermoshina appointed chairperson of Central Election Commission

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has appointed members of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Republic of Belarus. The President signed Decree No. 574 on 13 December, BelTA informs.
Members of the CEC are Vasyl Bushchik, Lidia Yermoshina, Vadim Ipatov, Nikolai Lozovik, Marina Rakhmanova and Oleg Slizhevsky.
In accordance with Decree No. 575, Lidia Yermoshina has been appointed Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus. Her appointment is to be further confirmed by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly.
