The court of Leninsky district of Minsk banned the ex-presidential candidate, the leader of the campaign Tell the Truth Uladzimir Niaklajeu to leave the country and to participate in public events.
As Interfax-Zapad reports, while considering the police ideas on Friday, the court decided to impose on Niaklajeu additional restrictions.
In particular, the court banned Niaklajeu to be the organizer or the participant in mass marches, demonstrations, pickets, or other mass events. Niaklajeu cannot travel outside Minsk without the written permission of law enforcement agencies and travel outside Belarus until the end of the sentence. Also U. Niaklajeu is required to register in the law enforcement agencies of the place of residence once a week and to be at home from 20 pm to 6 am of the next day.
However, the court has rejected the proposal of law enforcement agencies to prohibit the oppositionist from visiting establishments where alcohol is sold by a glass.
The legal resolution is final and without the right of appeal.
