Polish President Bronisław Komorowski will discuss "the Belarusian issue" with Barrack Obama during his visit to Washington. The "Polska" newspaper informs about it. According to the edition, Poland considers it essential that Russia should recognize the election.
"Polish diplomats need to recognize the election in Belarus and an attempt of geopolitical re-orientation of the country before December challenges. Paradoxically, Alyaksandr Lukashenka met the heads of the Polish and German Ministries of Foreign Affairs two weeks ago and did not have time to meet their Russian counterpart on Tuesday. That is why it is essential that the Belarusian election should be as fair as possible and recognized by Russia. Poland needs American partners as well as European ones for this game. That is why Belarus will be one of the issues Komorowski is going to discuss during his visit to the USA", - reports "Polska".
Let us remind you that Polish President Bronisław Komorowski will meet US President Barack Obama in Washington on December 8.
