At least two presidential contenders have already collected more than half of the necessary number of signatures. Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu has collected 71 thousands and 56 thousand people have given their signatures to Yaraslau Ramanchuk. The UCP candidate is popular with the older generation, says his press secretary Hanna Krasulina.

Minskers are eagerly giving their signatures to the leader of the "Tell the Truth!" campaign. The campaign’s press secretary Yulya Rymasheuskaya has informed ERB about it.

Rymasheuskaya: "We have collected 71515 signatures. The number does not include the results of some pickets as they are a bit different than the others".

Vital Rymasheuski has collected a bit more than 40 thousand signatures and Victar Tsyareshchanka – about 40 thousands. By the way, Mr. Rymasheuski is popular in the provinces. His initiative group managed to collect 5 thousand signatures yesterday, said its head Pavel Sevyarynets in an interview with ERB.

Andrei Sannіkau and Ales Mihalevich still keep the number of their adherents a secret. Mr. Mihalevich has told ERB that the signature collection is being conducted as planned.

Mihalevich: "The collection of signatures corresponds to our plan. I will be able to collect 100 thousands in a short term".

Let us remind you that contenders have to collect 100 thousand signatures by October 29.
