The West and the political elite of the USA and Europe are discovering a new Belarus, Belarusian deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Valyantsin Rybakou announced it at the international conference ‘Understanding Belarus’ international security’ (organized by Minsk Dialogue) in Minsk.
Rybakou: "Belarus has not changed. They are just looking at it differently. Unfortunately, Belarus needed all these numerous conflicts to be looked at in a different way. They have notcied that the country is developing normally and that Belarus is dealing with economic issues in the first place. The state is not creating obstacles to its neighbours and is not troubling anyone.”
Belarus is acting for the good of the Belarusian people only and will not obey to any other state’s diktat, the deputy foreign Minister added.
