The contact group has agreed on releasing most hostages and other people captured in Donets Basin.

Both sides agreed to conduct the next contact group and citizen soldiers’ consultations next week, interfax.by reports.
The contact groups discussed the situation in East Ukraine on Thursday in Minsk. Representatives of Kiev, the OSCE, Russia and the so-called DPR took part in it.
