Activists of Grodno city organization of the United Civil Party and its youth wing (the organization "Young Democrats") distributed special issue of the newspaper "Narodnaya Volya" with the information about the Anti-crisis Platform of the United Democratic Forces. The information was distributed near two largest enterprises of the city – "Azot" and "Khimvolokno".
"We distributed about 600 copies of the newspaper. The newspaper sparked interest among the workers. Some of them took a few copies for themselves and neighbors"- the chairman of Grodno regional organization of the "Young Democrats" Dmitry Bondarchuk said.
The activists noted that according to the citizens of Grodno the consequences of the economic crisis in some way touched practically every family in Grodno. "Someone has the problem with payment of salary, someone is under the threat of dismissal and someone is working half-day" - the chairman of Grodno city organization of the "Young Democrats" Alexandra Vasilevich said.
"I think that the citizens of Grodno received enough information about alternative ways of overcoming the consequences of the economic crisis, which were proposed by the United Democratic Forces of Belarus. It was the final action on the distribution of newspapers with the Anti-crisis platform in the city. Before that several thousands of Grodno citizens received information in their mail boxes. Now we are going to distribute the information in Grodno region"- the chairman of Grodno regional organization of the United Civil Party Yuri Istomin said.
