Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has not planned to meet with President Aliaksandr Lukashenka in the framework of his visit to Minsk. This was informed to the informational agency RIA "Novosti' by a source in Kremlin.

Let us remind you, the Russian newspaper "Commersant" has written that Lukashenka allegedly refused to meet with Lavrov at the background of change for the worse of the Moscow-Minsk relationship.

According to RIA "Novosti", the meeting between Lavrov and Lukashenka has never been planned - the Russian Minister has received clear instructions from the President of Russia in this regard.

Common session of the Collegiums of Russia's and Belarus' Ministries of Foreign Affairs, headed by Lavrov and his Belarusian colleague Siarhej Martynau is taking place on November 23 in Minsk.
