PHOTOS: Minsk Amusement Parks Open 2020 Season Amid COVID-19 Pandemic
Amusement parks are a favourite summer pastime and Belarus is no exeption. The 2020 season in Minsk has started a month later on 15 May due to COVID-19 concerns.

Adjusting to new reality, Gorky Park and Park Čaliuskincaŭ reopened with a virtual queuing system and other safeguards against the coronavirus, including desinfection.

On-duty staff treat the attractions with a disinfectant every day before the amusement park opens and later in the day. If a visitor asks for additional desinfection, it is also provided. Take a look at how Minskers are enjoying spring days in blossoming theme parks.

Online payment can be made via the Tap2Pay service. You need to scan a QR code or go to a special site. Here is the link for Gorky Park, and Park Čaliuskincaŭ.

This season, a new playground has been installed in Park Čaliuskincaŭ, where there will be up to five rides. In the Gorky park, a new “Mix” swing will bring lots of joy to its visitors.
