Belarus has made the first repayment of the principal debt on a stand-by loan to the International Monetary Fund in the amount of $99.8 million.
This was reported to "Interfax-Zapad" news agency in the Ministry of Finance.
"Belarus, on April 13, 2012, pursuant to its obligations under the stand-by loan of IMF, conducted the first principal repayment of 64.7 million SDRs, equivalent to $99.8 million", reported in the Ministry of Finance.
