The Belarusian State Petrochemical Industry Concern (Belnaftakhim) on September 10 raised its retail prices of gasoline and diesel fuel by 10 percent.

The price of A-76 gasoline was raised to 1,900 rubels per liter, of A-92 gasoline to 2,470 rubels and of A-95 gasoline to 2,780 rubels, of diesel fuel to 2,220 rubels and of biodiesel fuel to 1,910 rubels, according to the state conglomerate.

The previous change in the automotive fuel prices came in December 2008 when they were cut by 10 percent amid a plunge in world oil prices.

Oil prices have risen by more than 150 percent since, Belnaftakhim said.
