South Sudan interested in equipment of Belarus’ Amkodor

South Sudan got interested in the equipment made by the Belarusian machinery producer Amkodor, BelTA learned from the press service of the enterprise.
As part of the official visit to Belarus, the delegation of the Republic of South Sudan, headed by the minister of investment, visited Amkodor to discuss prospects for cooperation and trade.
The guests visited the permanent exposition of Amkodor machines, studied the company’s product portfolio and held constructive negotiations. The delegation was particularly interested in road construction, agricultural and forestry machines.
“The visit of the delegation of South Sudan’s Ministry of Investment was instrumental in strengthening economic contacts between the two countries. This visit emphasized the importance of cooperation - representatives of the ministry could see the technical potential and innovative solutions of Amkodor,” the press service noted.
Amkodor was established in 1927. The company consists of 30 legal entities, 22 plants that produce more than 6,500 names of products, including 135 models and modifications of special-purpose vehicles and agricultural machines. All Amkodor enterprises are integrated into a single technological chain. Each member specializes in manufacturing specific machines, units and assemblies for all enterprises of the company. Amkodor constantly develops new models of machines and vehicles and improves existing ones.
