Belarus ranked No18 among world's arms exporters

Belarus is No 18 in the world's arms exports ranking, State Military Industrial Committee Siarhei Huruliou said on ONT TV channel's Sunday evening show Kontry. “We occupy 18th place. We are a small country but we are in Top 25 among over 100 participants."
According to Huruliou, Belarus sold arms worth of $1 billion. Belarus's key partners are Russia and China. Belarusian military industry focuses on arms and equipment that are in demand by the Belarus Army and on the external market. The 8th International Exhibition of Weapons and Equipment MILEX opened in Minsk on Sunday. Nearly 80 Belarusian enterprises and organizations are represented at the exhibit.
