Head of President’s Administration: changes to decree 3rd sent to Lukashenka

The suggested changes to decree #3 (freeloaders’ tax) have been sent to Alyaksandr Lukashenka, head of the President’s Administration Natallya Kachanava told Euroradio.
The official did not specify what changes had been suggested.
It is either not clear whether there is going to be a public discussion of the changes to decree #3.
