At the beginning of October 2014, Russia temporarily suspended delivery of products from more than 20 Belarusian meat processing plants. Products of the nine of them allegedly contained the gene of African swine fever. Harmful substances were found in production of 17 plants - export restrictions for them were removed at the end of 2014. Since January 24, deliveries from the 9 enterprises, where the ASF gene was found, were partially resumed, BelTA reports.
