United Civil Party

It was established on October 1, 1995 as a result of merger of two like-minded parties - United Democratic Party and Civil Party.

In 1995 parliamentary elections, the United Civil Party (UCP) got over 1 million of votes, won 22 places in the Supreme Council, and formed the Civil Action parliamentary fraction. The Civil Action initiated and drafted most of the liberal and economic legislation.

Lebedko Anatoly Vladimirovich, was born on June 27, 1961 in the village Triles, Minsk region.

Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of Belarus, deputy of 12th and 13th Supreme Council

1992- 1999 President of the “Belarusian Association of Young Politicians”

1998- deputy chairman of the United Civil Party

In April 2000 was elected chairman of the UCP
