The Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics announced new costs on the university website.
The new fees were set in accordance with rector's order No. 197 of 26.07.2012 and agreed upon with the Ministry of Education, onliner.by reports.
The faculty of computer-aided design and the faculty of radio-engineering and electronics raises fees for first-year students by 39% (from 9.135m to 12.7m rubles). First-year students of the faculty of telecommunication are to pay 12.7m rubles against previous 9.48m.
The faculty of computer systems and networks and the faculty of information technologies and control increase fees by 45% for the first two semesters (from 10.155m to 14.7m rubles). First-year students of the faculty of engineering and economics will pay 52% more. Tuition fees will grow from 9.68m to 14.7m rubles.
Tuition fees on other faculties have not been announced yet.
Fees are expected to be said within the next few days.
First-year students of evening classes will pay 8.7m rubles (the previous fee was 6.615m), students of extramural studies will pay 4.5m ( the previous fee was 4.085m). Tuition fees at correspondence programmes will be 410,000 for each course (against 338,500 rubles earlier).
