In general, geography of leaving from Belarus includes 84 countries, including many African countries. Mostly, construction workers leave.
In 2010, more than 5000 of Belarusians went abroad. And in January-September of this year almost the same amount of people have left the country. But it is only those who registered one's departure. The actual number of migrants may be quite different, and the Interior Ministry doesn't dispute with this, agreeing that in conditions of the Customs Union, the citizens of these countries, including Belarusians, have the right to work in the territory of the participating countries only on the basis of a labor agreement with an employer. No additional documents are required.
