Belarus is set to upgrade its transport and communication infrastructure ahead of the 2019 European Games. 19 terminals and the international aiport will have free Wi-Fi.
Deputy Prime Minister Anatol Kalinin spoke at the joint session of the lower and upper chambers of Belarusian parliament on 27 October about how the country is preparing to host the 2019 European Games.
As part of the plan to upgrade transport and infrastructure, Belarus will purchase 140 tourist coaches and 30 public buses for the city routes in Minsk. Belarus Railways will buy additional Stadler trains in Germany. Belarusian airlines Belavia will procure three new regional passenger Embraer jets.
