Syarhei Kazlouski has published the photo of a queue to Minsk polyclinic #18 on Facebook.
"There are not enough doctors and they give out a limited number of coupons on the first day of every month. If you do not manage to get a coupon, you will not be able to see the doctor. People start queuing at 4 a.m.,” Kazlouski noted.
