'Serious' Belarusian tourist joins Haidukevich’s party

Vital Zyalkouski, widely known in the web as a 'too serious tourist from Belarus' became a member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus on January 17.

The party decided to make him a candidate for a seat in Minsk Province Council, the party press release says.

Vital Zyalkouski has three certificates of degree and can speak three foreign languages (German, English and Dutch). He has work experience in different spheres.

Zyalkouski was also appointed LDPB deputy head’s (Aleh haidukevich) assistant.
