Lukashenko: We want to conduct open, transparent, and worthy elections

Once again President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko tells stories about "open and honest elections" and counts on their recognition.
"We want to conduct open, transparent, and worthy elections. But the main thing for elections is to be legitimate. And this depends on how free declaration of will is", declared Alexander Lukashenko on Monday in Minsk during the meeting with the deputy of the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Sergei Lebedev, reports Interfax.
As Lukashenko noted, a number of meetings on election campaign has been conducted at the level of leadership of the country. "Everyone got their assignments; organs which will conduct the elections are formed. A nomination of candidates has begun, we will do this very worthy, and we invite your commission for observation", said Lukashenko.
He declared that Belarus always invites the mission of fellowship observers with pleasure. "We want you to lead it, because the trust to you in Belarus is high among all state institutions", noted Lukashenko, addressing Lebedev. "We do not hide anything here, you know that", he said.
