"Nasha Niva" newspaper's managing editor was ordered to get off the train on the border on his way from Minsk to Vilnius.
Border guards refused to give explanations and recommended to get more information at the migration and citizenship department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, "Nasha Niva" reports.
We remind that a number of Belarusian public figures could not leave Belarus for the last few days. Leader of the United Civil Party Anatol Lyabedzka was not permitted to go to Vilnius on March 7, Syarhei Kalyakin and Viktar Karnyaenka were banned from leaving Belarus on March 10, Valyantsin Stefanovich, his wife and two children could not leave the country for Vilnius.
On March 1, the chief of the office for legislative execution and legality of legal acts of the Prosecutor General's Office, Pavel Radzivonau, said opposition activists calling to impose sanctions against the Belarusian regime may be restricted to leave the country.
