This has been informed by "Rzeczpospolita" with a reference to РАР news agency. A session of the EU's Foreign Ministers will take place on October 10 in Luxembourg. The issue of the EU's sanctions against the Belarusian officials will be considered there.
The European officials say that the reason for expanding the visa sanctions is that "there are more negative signals from Minsk than positive". The European Union underlines that there will be no dialogue with the official Minsk until all political prisoners are released and all political and civil rights are granted.
