6 activists detained in picket of support to Ales Bialiatski in Minsk - photo

6 human rights activists have been detained following a picket of support to Viasna’s leader Ales Bialiatski staged in downtown Minsk this afternoon.

The detainees Zmitser Salauyou, Maryna Statkevich, Aleh Matskevich, Alena Laptsionak have been taken to the police station after they gathered in Minsk Kastrychnitskaya Square to distribute leaflets on Ales Bialiatski’s arrest.
