Lukashenko: UN has turned into a diplomatic casino run by Western tycoons

The United Nations has turned from a civilized dialogue platform aimed at resolving disputes and discussing the future development of the world into a diplomatic casino run by Western tycoons, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said receiving credentials from ambassadors of nine foreign countries on 15 June, BelTA has learned.

“The United Nations has turned from a civilized dialogue platform to resolve disputes and discuss the future development of the world into a diplomatic casino run by Western tycoons,” the president said. “They are trying to hinder the development of individual countries and entire regions, and NATO forces are deployed on the borders with those who disagree.”

Belarus strongly disagrees with this scenario, said Aleksandr Lukashenko.
