Lukashenko invites Biden over to Minsk for talks: ‘Even Putin will fly in'

I am ready to meet with U.S. President Joe Biden, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he talked to foreign and Belarusian journalists in Minsk on 16 February, BelTA has learned.

Answering journalists' questions, Aleksandr Lukashenko revealed the details of the upcoming meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. "Why is Biden going to Poland?” the head of state asked a question. “Why Poland? We're cool with that. But if he is willing we are ready to host him in Minsk and to have a serious conversation (please convey this to him through your channels). If he wants peace in Ukraine.
