Poland, Lithuania, Latvia ignore cross-border transport agreements with Belarus

Lithuania, Poland and Latvia continue to ignore the agreements on the cross-border handling of heavy trucks, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
According to the State Border Committee, only 46% of the number of trucks agreed on entered Poland in the past 24 hours. At the moment, as many as 340 trucks are in line at both functioning border crossings.
Lithuanian border crossing points processed 60% of cargo vehicles from the throughput capacity. Salcininkai-Benyakoni border checkpoint was the busiest route at 10.00 am on 6 April.
Latvia let in 85% of the number of trucks agreed on. As of 10.00am on 6 April, there was a line of heavy trucks only at the Patarnieki-Grigorovshchna border checkpoint.
