MFA: Belarus-US relations are steadily developing

A report on the results of Belarus’ foreign policy in 2017 has been published by the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Relations with the United States were also assessed in the report.
“The relations with the USA are steadily developing,” the report says. “Both sides keep interacting in the spheres of mutual inertest: trade, economy, humanitarian aid, professional exchange and struggle against the organized crime.” The interaction in the expert community was intensified last year, the authors of the report noted.
A delegation of American congressmen arrived in Belarus and met with Alyaksandr Lukashenka in 2017. The first Belarus-US small and medium scale business forum was conducted in the USA.
