Belarus is ready to cooperate with the EU and USA to preserve peace and order in the region, Alyaksandr Lukashenka said accepting ambassadors’ credentials.
Our country is known for its active struggle for stability and security in the region, the Belarusian leader announced. “The European Union and the United States of America have examined our peaceful policy and made the conclusion that it is necessary to cooperate with Belarus and use Belarus to establish peace and order in our region. We are ready to work in this field,” BELTA quotes the Belarusian President.
2016 is the year of culture in our country, Lukashenka told the ambassadors. He is hoping that diplomats will find a way to learn more about Belarus, its nature, climate, cultural legacy and history.
