The Belarusian is imprisoned in Russia. All the letters are getting sent back with a report that they should be in Russian only.

Belarusian Kiryl Silivonchyk imprisoned in Russia is not allowed to receive letters in Belarusian, nn.by reports. The Russian prison administration is sending the letters back with a note that the correspondence should be in Russian, nn.by reports.

Silivonchyk, 23, worked at a military plant in Russia and was imprisoned for anti-Russia remarks on VKontakte at the beginning of April 2015. Moscow Circuit Court sentenced him to two years in a labour camp for ‘terrorism’.
